That is strange. I tried the word residents as well. Diggs search function has always been awful. No doubt in my mind, it is the worst part of Digg. They need to give up and let Google do the searching. The story is still in the upcoming section, so it's not buried.

When a cop beats someone senseless for no reason, is it not a crime? Besides this could end up providing evidence for other crimes. People are very resourceful.
