Yes, I am a girl and yes, I do play xbox live. However, I am NOT fat, lesbian, ugly, "going back to the kitchen where I belong". I will NOT suck your dick, get down on my knees, have sex with you, etc. So please stop acting like you've never met a person who carries around a vagina because it doesn't take a dick and two balls to hit the big round green button.Now that we have THAT out of the way:There is a ligitimate difference between a sniper and a camper.No one expects you to rush or run around with a sniper rifle, that's just playing idiotic and stupid. They made snipers to stay back and kill.Campers sit in one area with a machine gun, shot gun, pistol, etc. They wait for you to run in and most likely miss them while they kill you. The only time camping is an okay strategy is in Search and Destroy or other objective games like that. You are called stupid if you leave the bomb alone without defending it (as the big words in the beginning of the match TELL YOU TO DO), yet you are chastised or insulted if you defend the stupid thing like you're supposed to.
What about the sexist pig who tells me I am either a 11 year old boy or a fat lesbian ugly dick-sucking whore who needs to go back to the kitchen where I belong (take your pick at any combo of those words).What makes it even better is when I carry the entire team and come out on top (no pun intended)
See, there's the REAL reason you guys hate campers: s**tty games.If a game is in any way decent, it simply won't spawn you in front of an enemy. If the developers had made the game actually balanced, there would be many, many spawnpoints for you to spawn on when one was either unavailable or being camped, and in addition there would be a short spawn protection so that you can't be instakilled before you see what's going on.In games that have taken this into account, a camper is probably THE weakest player possible. Tell me, what target is harder to kill: the 40% accuracy player who moves around, uses different weapons all the time, is unpredictable and will react to your play, or the 50% accuracy player who is in the same spot every.single.time?Not being able to take out a stationary player, even if you know up-front he will be there, is simply bad game design. That, or he's better than you. Deal with it.
Have you even played on Xbox Live, or do you just believe everything the media shoves down your throat? Xbox Live is not *that* bad. I encountered more elitist douche bags playing PC games than I have on Xbox Live. And as I'm sure you're aware, being a f**king expert and all that, that there is a very handy MUTE option on XBL. Get yourself some friends and then play online and you'll have a great time.
I'm kind of thankful he didn't mention "girl gamer" because being stereotyped because of gender kind of stinks. This especially sucks when they blame your bad gaming because you are a girl.
