Eggs have cholesterol in them, but it's not where you get it from, it's from the animal fats and hydrogenated vegetable oil that's used in fast food restaurants. I've eaten two eggs a day for twenty years, but avoid fast food as much as possible and my doctor is always amazed at my low cholesterol.
Bad info about water and hydration needs. The water we drink now lacks the minerals we need. The comment about depleting electrolytes is a glossing over of this fact. We need water and salt. This is really great tips. I think if it would be 19 except 9, then too it is not bad.
