Once again, my friends, if you think something is overpriced-don't f**king buy it! You think US prices are lower-go across the border and shop there. That's what I do.If you want a shiny new toy so badly, then prepare to pay for it through the nose.
I think when he says invest in the competition, he means just don't get an iPhone at all... Not just switch carriers. Yes blah blah Rogers is the only GSM network in Canada, but if they decide to be dicks about it just choose a different smartphone/carrier and move on.The iPhone can't even detect changes in yaw. Pshht. My baby can detect changes in yaw.
Potential losses are typically accounted for in projection values not internet petitions. Projected values are based on previous trends, supply, etc. Internet petitions are based on a few hundred whiners with multiple user accounts and an excess of time. An iPhone for $199 will certainly meet or exceed the projected forecast despite the data prices and contract. Just deal with it, YOU can't afford one.
tell Canadians to learn how to Tip in the States and then I will support their cause. I work at a restaurant and I am constantly getting shafted by Canadians who tip 10% (in the northeast, a good tip is 15-20%)they can use all of the money they are saving on vacationing in the states to put toward their iphones
Absolutely shameful, Rogers. You've lost another iPhone customer here and most likely a Roger's customer in the very near future as well.Grow up and start offering COMPETITIVE plans to Canadians. Put your greed aside this once.
