i agree, you were right, I have a PS3 and love it, but I like to head over to my buddies house to play a little Halo 2 on 360!and most people (except you who must live in the 90's) have wireless. i can drive down the road with my laptop and catch signals everywere
Even if you wanted to compare the core xbox 360 with HD-DVD it's STILL unfair to compare it to the 600 dollar PS3, you'd have to compare it with the 500 dollar PS3, and then they are the exact same price, and the PS3 comes with a harddrive in that case.I AM NOT A PS3 FANBOY. Well obviously - the retailer's only reason to price match is to stop you taking your custom elsewhere. If it's not in stock at the other store then you're not going to get it there either, so why should they sell it to you cheap?Same goes for distance - if the retailer advertising it is quite far away then you're not likely to go there just to pick it up so the retailer you want to price match won't think they'll lose a sale.

Got Walmart to price match today...they said they needed to call and see if the sale was still going on, so I gave them my wife's cell phone number and she just answered as Game Play and said they had them for $99.
