Ya I totally agree with these, especially the awards and sever their tools. It's not that I was jealous of the awards that people got but the awards for stupid s**t, like doing your job. I mean if you are getting paid to do a job you shouldn't be getting awards for it, it's assumed that you will do that job. It's like getting a lolli pop for flushing after you go potty in kindergarden.
