A tip that can be very useful when a person is giving a speech but finds him or herself nervous is that eye contact is extremely important. It gives the crowd the illusion that they are interacting with the presenter. However, this can be nerve racking to some . One way to circumvent this unneeded anxiety not to imagine that others are naked. You may more likely start day-dreaming rather than present a coherent speech. Instead, one of the best thing one can do is to scan the audience but not look in their eyes. Look at their foreheads instead. Some people get very nervous when there are in eye to eye contact with a stranger. You can remedy this simply with the aforementioned technique.
