I was only half joking. And I've been to probably 10 raves when I was younger--too young, in fact. I only went to raves when I was around 15-17 and didn't go for anything but the music which I loved, and to dick around with my photon-lights and glowsticks. I didn't really pick up on anything except even then I noticed a lot of sketchy people were at the events.. We didn't go to get blasted out of minds on X or see little green people on acid. We didn't even get drunk or think about any kind of drugs besides pot. So later on, like now, I hear of the craziest stories about raves (whether true or false I don't know because I don't go anymore), and wonder how on earth I convinced my parentals to let me go.
