I agree with, "4. Spend Less Than You Earn;" but there just comes a time when you have to financially educate yourself further to extend your means, so you could still spend less but more than you could previously - e.g. learn job skills that pay more, start a part-time business, learn to make more sales and close them, buy a house that could pay for itself with rental income and still leave you with some profit monthly; whatever pushes wig back.
