weburbanist.com— Everyone hates traffic, but how about trying to wind around 8 switchbacks in one city block, crossing 12 lanes at a single intersection or parking on a 38 degree incline?

Actually, it is 35% grade which is something like 18-19 degrees, but it still feels really steep! They also left out San Francisco, which has two streets at 32% grade - one of which is Filbert parallel to Lombard St, a few blocks over. David Letterman did a show there once in which he released stuff from the top of it.
So is the entire city of Toronto built around Yonge St., or is it the only part worth mentioning? I'm not speaking ill of Toronto or anything, but it's the only thing I ever heard about it.

Swindon's intersection looks awesome, yet confusing.
