This horrific event is a harrbinger of things to come. I would be the parent wanting someone held accountable for transporting my children, maybe even install some cameras on those school buses that can be monitored by the parents. Think that 16yoa and the parents should be sued, and incarcerated.

Every person should be responsible for their actions, saying that they shouldn't is giving people a free ride to do what they want. If someone can't learn how to function productively in society, they should be removed from it. I wouldn't feel regret to see this bastard killed. Make room for the people that actually have the potential to do better when they've committed crimes less horrific.

What I don't understand is, why, when I was in school. A fight at the bus stop was grounds for suspension, because during school hours it was considered school property, and a fight on the bus can get the police called and charges pressed.So molestation is not as bad as fighting?When I was in high school a girl got expelled for pretty much sucking off a kid on the bus, and that was consensual!
