Sometimes I feel quite sorry for sites undergoing the Digg effect. I mean, it's not their fault that a thousand people start knocking on their door all at once.

Just so everyone knows, kethraal is correct. I use NearlyFreeSpeech.net to host my websites, and I just want to say that they are the most amazing web host I could ever ask for. I've been there for about a year, and it has only cost me about 5 bucks. I've never been dugg or slashdotted, but I can tell you with certainty that many of their members have been, and they are able to easily handle the effects.
