esquire.com — A man can be expert in nothing, but he must be practiced in many things. Skills. You don't have to master them all at once. You simply have to collect and develop a certain number of skills as the years tick by. People count on you to come through. That's why you need these, to start.

It seems to be you're talking about criminals then and not law abiding gun owning citizens. Next time you need to make that more clear. Making guns illegal doesn't stop criminals from getting guns, it just stops me from being able to go to the shooting range so I can kill the ever present threat presented by paper targets. And America doesn't have more violent crime because of more guns. Correlation doesn't equal causation. Canada has more guns per person than the US and it doesn't have as much violent crime. (Though it still has it's share) There's other factors at play, no single one point but as is always the case there is a spike in violent crime in larger cities and low income neighborhoods which has a lot to do with a lack of proper education but it's certainly not the single cause. I'm reminded of this quote;"25 States allow anyone to buy a gun, strap it on, and walk down the street with no permit of any kind: some say it's crazy. However, 4 out of 5 US murders are committed in the other half of the country."

this list was written by an italian man- hence the epitome of skeezy but knowledgeable and cultured personage.THE CATCH: this list is only for men who take pride in being worldly or cultured. most guys don't care about cooking off a grill, speaking another language, giving advice, quantum physics, building campfires, scoring baseball games or bird watching- not about all of those things. so only some of these things will ever apply to you because it depends on your own interest. this is just a list of things women would be impressed by. if you didn't spend a few regrettable years of an awkward adolescence earning badges in boy scouts you've already missed the opprotunity to learn 1/3 of these task- summer camp would he beneficial as well. but if you missed some of these traits it doesn't mean you've been demasculated. i can guarentee these are good things to know "women like guys with skills". if you can pick out 15 of these things i'd say you're good- from the female persepective, 30+ and you're the most appealing thing since burberry london cologne.lastly, if you get #19 down you're already half way there. this is not to say you should harass the most attractive girl at the social event only that if you have enough confidence to take, hold, and manipulate the attention of an appealing female without creaming yourself or running away screaming when you dance on her foot you'll put her at ease and create a good first impression. some of these things are really good and personal favorites...#1, 3, 5, 10, 13, 15, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 35, 38, 41, 44, 47, 48, 49, 53, 54, 55, 58, 60, 61, 64-68, 70, 71, 72, 75interesting article, i digg it.
