Correct, sageerrant. The LD50 [dose required to kill 1/2 of the subjects tested] is approximately 5gm per kilogram of body weight. So, yes, you could use penicillin to kill Rover :)
Humans were not invented to worship God. He created us because we failed to create ourselves. We were, subsequently, given a choice in the matter of whether we would appreciate it and express that appreciation in what is called 'worship'. Clearly, at least *some* have chosen not to.
