buffalorising.com — Earlier this week, a Daycare Center in Buffalo was closed because six children at a local daycare center were given heroin by another student who thought it was candy. Teachers quickly learned the child was actually doling out heroin and called police immediately.

Reminds me of when my sister left her cigarettes in her son's backpack and he went to school and passed out the cigarettes to his classmates. Only he knew what they were. :/

If drugs (including heroin) were legal, Matthew may have lived. He wouldn't have to get high in private, or keep it secret. If he did it in front of people, they might have been there to turn him over so he didn't die in his sleep.
