I think it's a real good point that marketers lose sight of ... you can't just put up a social media page and think prospects will find it. You've got to take them by the hand and walk them step-by-step to the page. Otherwise, they usually never get there. Most marketers don't do that.

Knowing the demographics of Facebook is useful in setting up a business page. Leading people to the page and keeping it active are great tips also.
