Situps aren't really bad for you unless you do them wrong (which most everyone does)... but yeah, they are completely ineffective.I for one use leg raises. Those are teh fun!

While we sort of agree with these thoughts. The only reason they can be dangerous is because of not doing them properly. For that matter, any workout can result in injury. Consult a physical trainer to ensure you are doing your exercising properly.
