"The difference being that many sites respond to take-down requests from IP holders with a little more tact than TPB does."DMCA takedown notices have no legal ground in Sweden, as the DMCA is an American statute, so making fun of lawyers sending DMCA takedown notices to TPB is quite reasonable. At least they could look up the right (Swedish) statutes before sending threatening letters. But of course, many seem to think that American laws apply everywhere.
