Coda is a very nice piece of software, and it's not expensive at all.But don't mistake an "editor" with an IDE...Coda is just an editor.

Good review. I think it misses CMS section.If you mentioned Joomla CMS, I'd also mention Joomla-Builder as an example of productive online service for web developers who need automated PHP repository of their Joomla CMS solutions.
