exploratorium.edu — Explorium, San Francisco's Museum of Science, art, and human perception has a page dedicated to 500 simple experiments anyone can do. It's all hands on! I wrote a bigger review of the site here:http://www.sharewonders.com/2006/02/26/exploratorium/

The Exploratorium rocks. If you visit San Francisco, it's a MUST SEE. There's hundreds of interactive science experiments to try out -- I spent all day there and didn't see it all.
