You're probably cutting it wrong. If you cut it the right way its not too bad, but good god, if you cut it the wrong way you just end up with a mess by the end of it.

The process of juicing fruits and vegetables isn't entirely natural; They're meant to be *eaten*. Juicing them is fine a couple of times a week as a supplementation to your diet, but trying to get 100% of your fruit and veggie intake via your kidneys places unnecessary strain on them.http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.phpPlenty of reputable scientific research there. The stupid things, such as "buy this herb to cure you!" and what I like to call "fad health" (eggs are bad for you! No, now they're good for you! High fructose syrup is bad. . .now it's good! Buy this Tahitian Noni juice!!) are really what turn people off from natural/alternative health. 95% of what you hear out there really is bulls**t, and at best this is a total waste of money. At its worst, it's putting your health at a serious risk. Take the time to read reputable research and don't think that what you read in "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About" and the diets in something like "Woman's World" magazine are anything even resembling true natural health; Natural health consists of correcting vitamin deficiencies, getting proper rest, reducing stress etc to allow your body to repair and regulate itself whenever possible. Some natural health practitioners think that it's a good idea to avoid telling their doctors about herbs or other supplements they may be taking, or even to avoid doctors all together. Going to the doctor to get a check-up and/or proper diagnosis is a GOOD thing. Trying to diagnose and "cure" yourself is another thing that can be very dangerous.tl;dr Use your common sense when dealing with your health, and what you spend your hard-earned money on! You literally can't afford not to.
