Actually I was at Google's HQ last year for their annual "Google Dance" and i got to see this live board. I watched it for a little bit and didn't see anything too out of the ordinary. They might exclude search results with unwanted phrases because this this is in a lobby after all.p.s- They have ping pong and a full room of washers/dryers at Google. Also Google lets you set your own hours in the week :D
