blogs.telegraph.co.uk — So how much will President Barack Obama's budget cost us? The projected 2010 budget of $3.552 trillion can be found on page 114 of the "New Era of Responsibility" budget here. By my reckoning, that's $25, 573.48 each.

What's 25 grand among friends?? After all it's our patriotic duty to pay more. What's disgusting is that instead of socking the folks with jobs with a 25 thousand dollar plus bill...real stimulus will be realized if those same folks actually received what the criminal fat-cats received via the corp. welfare checks...welcome to an 0bamanation

Raising taxes is terrible for the economy. These so-called rich people will now have to pay almost 8K more and so they will just cut back on buying stuff such as tv, vacations, furniture, and so forth. That will ulitimately hurt the people who work in these industries. This is such a bad idea. Its been done before and it always makes things worse.

Let's put that into perspective. For a family where both parents are working, that would be $51,146.96. If they gave that money DIRECTLY to the taxpayers, how many foreclosures do you think that could have stopped? C'mon people. How can anybody, in their right mind, agree with this guys economic policies??
