This happens all the time, it's called CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT. When our local beer stores in Ontario, Canada wanted to change their names from "Brewers Retail" (they are government run) to something different, they hired a marketing firm to come up with something original. Now, when I need some beer I go to the huge store (mind, you they are cool stores here in Ontario big and 100's of different beers)... with the sign that says..."THE BEER STORE"250,000.Government corruption.
