Although what you said has merit. You shouldn't be completely naive to the suggestions, coughing and sneezing into your arm or tissue, knuckles to rub your eye, putting tissues where needed, garlic and yogurt high diets are all good advice.

This comment wins. ;)Seriously, there are some suggestions in the article that make sense, but only because they're common sense, like not rubbing your eyes with your fingertip. But sorry, I'm not going to turn the heat down 5 degrees, then inhale hot air from a hair dryer and sit in a sauna.
