Cartman, its obvious you're really confused. Just look at MS track record, have they released as OS or update on time since Win95? Ever more recently Vista SP2 has been pushed back by at least 3 months.

Weird mine only has a windows key in between Alt and Fn on the left side of the keyboard. (Fn is the function key for my laptop)
