There are particular people that I like but then they are more than people to me, they are friends and family. I just have a hard time forcing myself to be "warm and exuberant" to all the other people out there, and that's ok. I know who I am and I'm in a good place with that.

I believe they are goals to strive towards. You might not hit all 20, but 5 is probably a good start.
