could someone please explain me why banderbe is modded down? Didn't you f**king realize he hit the nail on the head? Comparing access to computers to access to water is f**king ludicrous! You might want to check out Maslovs pyramid:http://www.accompany.lu/newsAttachment/Maslow%20Pyramid.jpgIt shows (bottom to top) the importance of peoples needs. As you can see water is among the most important things, while a computer would probably rank at lvl 3 or even higher. So please stop pretending that access to computers is even remotely the same as access to water/food!
I would love to do that! Get away from the computer.... brilliant!!I sit in front of a damn computer all day at work... and aside from time on the internet I work on emails and spreadsheets. Then people wonder why I don't use my laptop or watch TV when I get home... I am over the screen by the end of the day.
@elroyWhile I understand where you're coming from, with the slightly vague wording of Benzido's post, it is true that stopping sugar consumption can have *some* withdrawal effects. Typically these are similar to those caused by abstaining from caffeine, and can include things like headaches, and fatigue.Having said that, your creative prose ain't half bad. Have you considered writing fiction? (No sarcasm here!)Cheers!

If I was a carpenter, does using a hammer every day make me 'addicted' to it?
tbilltthemonkeyDec 11, 2006
