@thatsmyaibo:If you study your parents immigration to the US, which I assume was at least over 30 years ago versus what its like today, you will see that it is much much harder to immigrate to the US unless you (1) marry a citizen or (2) are a professional or (3) decide to invest over $2 million dollars in here.To put things in perspective for you, if you were a doctor in the 70s or early 80s, it was EASIER to get a green card than a visit visa. Similarly in the mid to late 90s, it was pretty easy to get a work visa if you were a computer programmer. If your family immigrated in the early part of the 20th century, it would be much much easier for them to immigrate than it is for anyone today.Anyways, did you know that many illegals do pay taxes. They just cannot collect on the benefits. Unless they work for cash under the table, the taxes are taken from their wages. Anyway from your post I cannot tell if you are against illegal immigration or just hispanics in general. Sadly, its the same with most of the people who are opposed to any immigration reform which might give many illegals a chance.

*sniff* *sniff* Smell that? Yeah that's bulls**t. Educate yourself first on what an illegal immigrant can and cannot do, then talk. To receive all those benefits that you list, proper documentation is required, and proper documentation is what an illegal does not have. And how do you know they weren't legal in the first place? From the rest of your post it sounds like you have issues with people of different color anyways.

You missed the point. In 1998, Haitian refugees crossing the border were stuck in Guantanamo Bay. They couldn't be sent back home because of our rules against sending people to their imminent doom, but we refused to let them into the country because they were illegal.However, when Elian Gonzales arrived in Florida, the news threw a s**tfit to keep the Cuban kid here.Throw the black illegal immigrants in jail. Keep the brown illegal immigrant in the US. That is f**king racist. Same Attorney General, almost the same year. Giving preferential immigration policies to Mexico over other countries just because they are Hispanic is racist.The way we treat immigrants is ethnically biased. We favor Hispanic immigrants over other immigrants and the whole issue becomes an Hispanic issue.

Considering that our ER's are for anyone who can't really pay for healthcare it sounds like we should probaly fix our flawed health care system. From the sounds of it. It also sounds like we should fix a lot of things in our infrastructure. I'm tired of hearing people complain about how they paid for this, and ain't getting so. So what do you do? YOu sit there, and instead of wanting the system to work for oyu. You just want the system to work against a gorup of people. REAlly now? YOu odn't want to receive benefits also? Wow!! As a human, and a American citizen who is a minority. I find this to be very dumb. So in the end I just think you guys have racist problems with mexicans, and you let politicians play you like puppets, and its done to keep you guys from complaining about the real issues, and that isn't illegal immigration. Since we tend to benefit from cheaper goods from companies who hire illegals. So what. It works well. Get your citizens to hate a group of people so they can't focus on the real problems, but on the problems that you as a politician has created in order to control the populace. This seems to be going well as I can see. WE will continue to have s**tty healthcare, poor infrastructure, poor schools, and etc... Until we actually decide to address the problem. Unless of course we get distracted. Illegal immigrants don't get the red carpet rolled out since I know a lot of poor people who are americans, and they goto the hospital's ER.Anyway lets continue to be biggoted, and a backwards ass country. Our troops could do a hell of a job if they were on the border in the same numbers they have in Iraq. And I'd be glad to pay a little more for tomatoes if it would get rid of illegals, thank you. The statement that our enonomy would crumble without them is BULLBUTTER! The only reason they are here is because big business makes a killing off of them. And yes, they can get food stamps, free rent, etc. The class that was being given in California by some sympathetic pee pee head from the food stamp office proved it. She teaches them how to fill out the application, and assures them they will not be arrested and deported while being interviewed. For every twisted report that says they are not a burden, there are ten that prove they are. And when you take MY flag down, and trample it, while running up the Mexican flag at a U S facility, you just got next to my piss me off, buddy. I thank them for being so arrogant and protesting the way they have, because it has cast them into the spotlight and enraged a lot of LEGAL AMERICANS to demand change. They can thank themselves for what happens.
