humans will always have potential as long as they're alive. The problem is that prisons aren't designed to rehabilitate criminals and encourage production?they're designed to keep the cycle going and keep the budget up.

God you are a stupid s**t for brains assh**e. You think prison is a great life? Doing time is some kind of vacation? You think it easy to be on lock down 23 hours/day. Let me guess just because you park your lazy ass in front of the computer for hours/day you think it is so great. Prison is no f**king joke you dumb chode. Why not give it a f**king try sometime d**kh**d. I would bet you wouldn't last a day without becoming someone's bitch. If you want prison work camps so much move to china you freaking dweeb. For one moving prisoners to and from work and supervising safety at work cost more than the labor you can get from them unless they are like 50% of the prisoners in the USA and do not deserve to be there anyway so working them to death is immoral and the other 50% that want to rip your head off at the first chance they get so it is to dangerous to do that. They come back to prison because being in prison damages them so bad they can no longer function in society.

No it isn't a victimless crime but neither is a bad movie. My point was you don't necessarily deserve to go to jail for drinking and driving. In some cases yes you do. If you just drank a 40 a blew multiple times the legal limit you probably should spend a bit of time in jail. If you killed someone drinking and driving yeah you should probably go to jail. I have several friends uncles and family friends that got DUI's and they all deserved them but the never spent a day in jail. None of them drink and drive anymore.
