"On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power..."And what happened five months and 18 days days later? The first rule of the Fed club is... You DON'T talk about the Fed club.
To all people disputing:Watch Freedom to Fascism (available for free viewing on google video)-There is no law. There are titles. They arent laws.-The IRS doesnt have the power to make laws-The 16th Amendment doesnt allow new tax types. Only direct and Indirect. Current Income Tax rules dont fall under either.-Income taxes are refered to as 'voluntary' in a couple places-Income is defined in the legislation as "gains" in a way that specifically refers to businesses. This does NOT cover wages.-Wages is a private contract between you and the employer. You dont have to report this to the government. There's much more. Watch the video.Next year I'm not filing.
Dear Copy and Pasters,Ask yourself this. If I was to barter with PG&E (Gas/Electric in Ca) for service, in return I would provide technical support, I would have no taxable gain. If I worked 40 hours for a company that provided me with shelter, a car, and groceries, and in return I went to their place of business and did tech support work, is that a taxable gain? You see there is no exchange. So, if you had any sense you would realize that MONEY is a convenience only, thus providing a mechanism for the Government to get access to it.See how long the Government "War" BS would last if people simply barted for what they needed, and/or wanted.I 'owe' you 60 hours of my expertise for 4 hours of your "lawyering". If your lucky enough to bill @ $600 per hr.pfft
@holzp"Woah, leave us out of this. He is one of those nutty "Live free or die" neighbors of ours in New Hampshire."Isn't that a sign of the times. It amazes me that any rational US citizen would EVER make this statement. Its people like you will welcome slavery and willingly give up your freedom for security. Well frankly sir/ma'am, you deserve neither. This country paid thru blood to give you the freedom to voice your opinion and is sickens me to see a person mock someone standing up and demanding answers.
@broomettthat is why this is a republic, you have a voice to change what you don't like. NOW SHUT UP WITH THE 'IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT MOVE' BULLs**tdid our founding fathers move out of the colonies.... NO, NOW f**k YOU.
There is no Code. As a former IRS Agent for 17 years, Let it be known.Click or go here and watch the whole Video, I'm one of the Agents... Be warned, if you decide to take a stance on this issue, they will fight you with everything you could never imagine, and that's the sad part, there is no true justice in America any longer. To the people that "think" they know the True Law and say there is a Federal Income Tax Law, you know nothing. The Federal Income Tax law does exist BUT it is to TAX COMPANIES. Foolish brain washed Law want-to-be's, wake up, there is no Federal income tax on private citizens, period.Go here and watch, wake up before you speak or join the IRS and find the truth the hard way.<a class="user" href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4312730277175242198&q=free+video&hl=en">http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4312730277175242198&q=free+video&hl=en</a>
Someone with enough money to take ed to court will try and win this million dollars and all the info about income tax laws and regs and the 16th amendment will come out and maybe they will win maybe lose but we will have a civil case decide the legality of it all. By the way, if you win, you know you will be giving half to the IRS for tax.
52 Days and no one has collected. WHERE IS THE LAW. NO ONE HAS COLLECTED BECAUSE NO ONE HAS SHOW THE LAW BECAUSE THERE IS NO LAW.We the People has had a reward for years to show the law and NO ONE HAS COLLECTED.THERE IS NO LAW!
You'd think something like this would be pretty cut-and-dry. Odd that it isn't. Remember, as well, how your taxes are apportioned. Someone mentioned a road and mommy's job, but those things are maintained by your local property taxes. So, if you enjoy participating in the 10 billion gallons of oil that wash into the oceans every 8 months from pavement run-off, then you are supporting that with your property tax. Remember that your federal taxes pay for things such as testing the viscosity of ketchup, and keeping some monuments clean and shiny. Yes, yes, and taxes pay for the war, too. Then on top of that, we are still being gouged at the pumps, and we are still killing our environment, and the majority of us who diligently maintain our daily ruts as mindless sheep--cogs in the wheel, Borg, whatever you call it--do as we're told and believe what we're told because we know we've given the government way too much power to get back our inherent freedom. The law will always work in favor of the law, even if it's wrong or non-existent. The government has endless loopholes, and you know it. The problem is that most of you believe it's a good system, yet you and your children are swept up in the momentum of a storm of propaganda and fear. Where are the brave ones who want their freedom back? We can't do much good by ourselves. But you all keep debating the validity of the "law" or the "title" or the "code." That's what the sheep do, and it's pretty useless. Ed Brown is taking a stand because he has guts and he at least believes in fighting for what he feels is right and fair. If you're not fighting for your inherent freedom and doing something to stop this societies devastating impact and momentum, then you're part of the problem. If you agree with society, then you are living in a made-up world, a dreamworld, and your reality is invalid and directly opposes natural law.Let's not forget, by the way, that your tax payments support a country founded by terrorism, deceit, and thievery. You really have no moral grounds to argue if you support the system.
By making it public America has the chance to boycot the alleged "law" of paying income tax. This undoubtedly will have an impact on America. Our Federal taxes support the military, not to be confused with our state taxes. It goes all the way back to Woodrow Wilson and the greedy bankers who saw an opportunity to cheat American, and took it. Dont worry, though Americans are going to be a thing of the past... because statistics indicate legal citizens will be just as much a minority group as any other at risk of such. So with no one left to pay taxes... you tell me?
The 16th amendment is being disputed as a violation to the 1st amendment. The Laws have been continually twisted to suit. Somewhere in there it also says that a bill was sent to Congress on the income tax law to expand and certain states filed, but it never said it was passed until 46 states filed in agreement to the proposal. Two states remained silent, PA and VA and some rejected, but not enough. It also says that the IRS cannot be sued. You can sue the Government.. but you cant sue an agency of the government. WHere is GEORGE ORWELL when we need him??? OH, I withdrawal my comment that "there is no law" there are in fact several laws.. all intertwining back to one big headache. I do not disagree with a tax. I disagree with the extent to which our US government has imposed tax and I contest the misuse of our (their) hard earned dollar.
You could show this moron the law (U.S.C. TITLE 26, Subtitle F, CHAPTER 61, Subchapter A, PART II, Subpart B) as well as the constitution (Amendment 16), and he won't pay you. Just like my moron warehouse colleague who's made the same arguments and isn't paying me $20.Why? Because they don't want to believe there is a law. And because they're pussies.
