Yes, Jupiter has rings. I learned that on the Commodore 64 with that exact program. It's one of those things I've completely forgotten about my childhood until I just saw that picture. Can someone now please remind me what the program was called? I want to d/l it...---LOAD "I'm old", 8, 1---
My dad still has that along with about 100 games and both the C64 and C128 along with a monitor. I should set it up for some 2 player Pole Position action (with paddles!)The C64 is still the best game computer ever made.
I remember them all - C64, Vic-20 and the PET. I still have at least one of each. In fact I can see my PET sitting on a shelf from where I am sitting. The first computer I ever used was a Commodore PET in 1980. That was my start into computers which have become both a career and a hobby. I bought my current PET for $5.00 at a flea market. I used PETs in school, bought a Vic-20 when they came out, upgraded to a C64 a couple of years later and then to the Amiga. I migrated over to the PC side in the mid-90s when Commodore started to die.Good times.
