I like Eric's attitude and no nonsense approach. He's not one of those Internet marketers who bombards people with 45 page sales letters, yet he manages to make money on line. A recommended read.

I agree, 172 sites is too many to maintain, unless of course you develop them as completely-static-never-to-be-updated sites. I never said you SHOULD create 172 sites, I'm only saying that's one way to get $5000/month in AdSense profit...
Well, I have 92 sites, most static, the easy part was writing the 5-15 pages for each of them...oh, all are unique sites with unique content.The hard part is getting 200 visitors per day. Most of my sites get 1-10 visitors per day, and most get about 5-15 clicks per month...
