I'm actually more excited about the shows that are on right now. Fringe is good. I just wish they would stay on the main story instead of all these 'filler' episodes with nothing significant to add to the overall plot.Stargate Universe has some serious potential.Defying Gravity HAD some serious potential before it was canceled. That show never belonged on ABC, and SyFy should have picked it up before they destroyed the sets. ABC barely even advertised it.V is great but will most likely get canceled since that's what ABC does with all their good shows.Flash Forward is actually surprisingly good.

I've become a pretty big fan of Fringe, it'd be nice to see a sci-fi renaissance of sorts on TV...

I have to state my age, 47, and in my time as a scifi fan I have had some very Spartan years but it always gets better. Remember before BSG came out? ST was over and nothing was happening. Before B5?. Before Star Trek even. You might have to wait a few years but something will come along. Be patient.
