Wheat is intolerable to people with celiacs (celiac/sprue) disease, and is actually wildly under diagnosed, it is believed that 1 in 130 people are affected.www.csaceliacs.org
after embarking on a diet or mostly tuna, bananas, berries, and that green 'Naked' drink, i've just FELT better for the past several months.'course, that could be due to my decrease in alcohol consumption as well. i'm keeping more nutrients.
