there's no such thing as a 2007 eleanor - this is a bodykitted gt, as mentioned further up in the comments. the current top model is the gt500 - and this isn't $50'000, it's $42-47'000 depending on if you get a convertible.it's still a pretty gay and pretty embarrassing accident, though.

I think it's kind of sweet to see instant Karma. A rich person wastes that much money on a new car, hands the keys to a kid and BAM! Karma. The car is devalued when you drive it off the lot then it's crashed.A smart, good person would have paid five thousand for a used car, told his under age child no when he asked for the keys and maybe spent the remaining thousands on helping people. The more money people get the more selfish they become. You would think it would work the other way around.I bet the only thing those people truly own is debt.

I have no idea what you guys are going on about - over in the UK it is recommended you depress the clutch (when in neutral) , however my car starts fine with the clutch up, Yes of course it won't if you are in first gear, but the car just jumps forward and stalls. The dad should have checked the gears before letting his stupid son in the drivers seat. I'm 20 with a full UK driving licence, and my parents still won't let me drive their car (and not because I'm a rubbish driver ;-) )

I am glad that the child was not injured. Everyone can talk about how stupid the kid is, but really, he should not have been allowed behind the wheel with keys.Incidentally, for those claiming fraud vs real.. did anyone hear the voices at the end "Did you get this all on film?-" followed by "Shut up.."

I call bulls**t. The camera moves away from the car and points at the floor, just at the point that it "smashes" into the wall. No one would do that.The afterath doesn't show any damage to the car, just a car with a garage wall resting on it.It's staged

Because people here (the US) don't use Parking Brakes, they just put it in first or reverse and shut them off. Dozens of people have criticized me my entire life because I do use the parking brake.

I just saw this on a television show on of "stupid people" videos. There was a lot more footage of this which also showed the passenger side of the car. The hood, fender, roof, and door were all dented or buckled. The car hit hard. And for those earlier: The car is clearly a manual transmission - you can see & hear it hop when he pops out the clutch.
