I really enjoyed the first one, wasn't overly keen on the second and I haven't bothered with the others. My feelings were that Jigsaw was driven to do what he did because he was dying of a terminal disease, but with the amount of sequels it doesn't seem that terminal anymore.
Agreed on the "Disaster Movie" thing, but who honestly KNEW "bring it on" and "american pie" had sequels? Pretty much same goes for lampoon...I think contrived lists with easy crowd-pleasing targets should stop.
