After you have used Linux for a while , you will understand why Linux users complain that windows sux, it just does. However, due to the fact that there are a few software programs that open source hasn't matched yet, windows is a sometimes a necessary evil. For me , it's photoshop. Linux is 'so good' for a lot of reasons. It's more stable then windows, it's free, it requires fewer resources, no worries about viruses, more secure, multi-user, tons of free software, etc etc
