The easiest way to avoid all of this (outside of avoiding FB altogether) is to not date one of your FB friends. As soon as you get serious w/ someone, take them off of your friends list. Why should you have to be FB friends (e-relationship) when you have a real relationship? Trust me, if you aren't FB friends, life is much easier...
