There are some amazing Hell House attractions in Texas where fundies try to scare you to jesus by walking groups through portrayals of suicide, addiction, abortion, and... wait for it... HELL!!!It really is pretty creepy to see some 16 year old fundy thinking she's saving sinners by rolling around on a hospital bed with fake blood smeared down her thighs screaming in agony from a abortion that goes all wrong.
I hate the part where they make you walk around while it's completely dark. I always end up at the front of my group and I always run into a wall. Every single damn time and for different reasons too.
If there is really only one haunted house in America that is "better" than the Netherworld in Atlanta, then haunted houses in general have a long way to go. The Netherworld is $25 for just two separate (indoor) themed areas and as you get closer to Halloween, the wait can be north of 90 minutes for -each- area.

I have only been there in the daytime for the prison tour. That was creepy enough! My boyfriend and I were talking about going this year, though.

Yeah, about 30 - 40 minutes for The Beast. It is a great area. It's scary enough just walking around in the West Bottoms at night.
