... thats exactly what I was saying. Toatal calories in calories out. It has been proven that it is the amount of calories is what is important not eating them before you sleep however is a myth.
I apologize : you effectively begins to USE FAT before 45 minutes ;) ... but it is very few compare to the "sugar consumption".. so it counts for nothing to loose weight. - First 20 minutes : the body uses 'sugar consumption' . The fat used at this point is near zero- Between 20 and 40 minutes - the body start using fat but still uses 'sugar as main energy consumption' .- At 40 minutes the body BURNS FAT : it is using fat reserve as main energy consumption As I said in my post :- if 7000 kcal is one kilo of fat.. - if 10 minutes of bike is 100 kcal=> You'll need a lot of sport time to loose this - especially if fat is not the only "energy consumption" your body is using ... =>even if you burned fat beginning on the first minute : 11 h of bike = 1kilo of fat (if you don't add energy in the machine meanwhile ;) )
I actually do 5 hours a week (did start 2 years ago) - I didn't change my food habits which were "correct" - and in 2 years just lost 2,5 kilos (but gained muscles which weight more than fat and take less space in your body than fat) - Doing sport makes you BURN ENERGY (FAT is a part of this energy IF you do sport during a long interval - it takes time to really burn fat)

“Being too hot stresses your body out, so you don’t perform as well.” So does being too cold.
