They're bots; they comment to make it look like they're not actually bots, then they Digg up Ron Paul stories and other spam. If you'll notice, the second two users, this is their first article dugg/commented on.Sign of how bad Digg has become lately.

Yeah, so i definitely come in human form. I freequently search digg for interesting articles and this one just so happened to inspire me to regester because I wanted to try to help promote something that I enjoyed. Ultimately it looks like I've done just the opposite.
