autoblog.com — South Florida has a motorcycle problem, and lawmakers are introducing legislation to show bikers that they'll go a long way to punish those who break the rules. Stunt riding (including wheelies), excessive speeding, and concealable license plates will get you a 10 year ban on your motorcycle license, mandatory jail time, and an impounded bike.

Sadly they sometimes kill people, either pedestrians or in cars.

Okay, charge them with manslaughter, reckless driving or evading police. Laws are already written to take care of these issues. A ten year ban is someones idea of vengeance not justice.

What foods can't we eat? You forgot the worse one of all though. The state law that businesses can't sell 40oz beers, thus leaving us drinking 32oz beers.

While I have no doubt that a bike can be controlled while one wheel is in the air, plenty of stunt drivers have proved that. The point of the law is you get more control with less chances of being out of control when both wheels are on the ground.

I witnessed it too. It is not meant to be funny, just true.

I am 46 years old have owned over 40 motorcycles ,I now ride a modified, not stretched or lowered zx 14 ninja, I can put the front tire in the air in first second or third, if from first I can then shift the gears up to forth gear 140-155.I quit pulling over about seven years ago right after local law enforcement officers got on the stand and perjured themselves after I did the right thing, I was cutting up the cops saw me and I pulled over. moral to the story I STOPPED GETTING TICKETS WHEN I STOPPED PULLING OVER.
