i think the list should have been 5 stars who could move to the mls, i don't see Eto'o, Quaresma, Ronaldinho or Baros going to the mls, Fowler has just gone to Blackburn and even then is said to favour a move to the uae. Thiery Henry is rumoured to be the target of Man U, so i don't see that happening either. But Cudicini and Carlos seen as though they could be possible.

Quaresma is interesting, but won't the draconian MLS transfer rules prevent most of these from actually happening?

i would imagine the older big players would be happy to move. Haven't been following recently but I did think that Henry was a definite for a move to the MLS.
