For the business one, if you're putting business debt on a credit card, then you're doing it wrong. Many banks offer lines of credit for businesses at a set limit (usually 6 figures+), set interest rate (in the single digits), etc. In other words, they won't play games with you.They'll give you a card that acts like a credit card, but it's backed by your line of credit.

The easiest solution: don't take credit, don't give any. Especially NOT to or from a bank.
