All the tweaks are old and pretty well known.I use Perfect Disk from Raxco for my defragmenting needs. It defrags page file as well as MFT and system files.Perfect Disk was the first to offer such an feature but now most defragmenting softwares like O&O offers that feature.
A good option for the page file is to put it in a separate partition and make it a fixed size big enough so that it will never have to grow. That way, the page file will never get fragmented.
6 and 10 look worthy of using (I already use 6) but the others are either detrimental (2) or just plain negligible in performance boosting..esp the windows sound one, seriously how much did that shave your boot time, 500MS? I guess that matters to some people...

So basically, the author copied the content from http://www.connectedinternet.co.uk/blog/_archives/2005/12/5/1434755.html and pasted it on his own blog claiming it's his work. What a douchebag.

I suggest you do the same.
