Although i envy the people who have the time to spend conditioning thier body to the standard shown its just not that attractive to me, when your ribs are showing and you have less meat on your bones than a starving dog you are doing it wrong, whats attractive about looking like you will snap in half if you bend over, some of these girls's midriffs are so tiny it seems unnatural.
