I don't have time to watch the video. However, if this is what I think it is then it should be a good idea. People have become so much better at BS over the years it is difficult to distinguish it from the truth.
The first step should be to listen to what is actually being said instead of what people are expecting or want to hear. Next would be to apply some logic. Then look at the structure of what is said.
