Life forms have been found in places where the sun doesn't shine and oxygen is not present. Could microbial life exist inside Enceladus (where no sunlight reaches, photosynthesis is impossible and no oxygen is available)? The answer appears to be, yes.

And if there are microbes living inside Enceladus, another interesting question is whether they are natively evolving or are foreign transplants from Earth or even Mars. I'm not sure which potential outcome would be more intriguing. Independently evolving life would answer our questions about other life in the Universe, but transplanted life from another world would also give credence to panspermia as a valid mechanism for life. Either way, this could be the most important discovery of mankind to date. Explore all the things!

Now there's possibility of life in Saturn, this comes soon after they said Mars could be hostile for life. They have to keep saying that there could be life somewhere in the universe to convince themselves of that.
