THIS IS A SONG I MADE FOR THE VICTIMS IN JAPAN. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgQDnbnugdQ
BUT MOST IMPORTANT:
check out my channel for news about this HAARP thing and More about Japan. MASS ANIMAL DEATHS WORLD WIDE - 900,000 people have been killed in the last 10 years from earthquakes alone... this figure is not supposed to be so high... QUESTION HAARP.

Oh, the old antioxidants story again. Yawn. Science investigated, they're of no benefit.
http://www2.cochrane.org/reviews/en/ab007176.html
Don't get me wrong, fruit is better for you than many other foods. But selling it with false science and implying you can continue to eat lots of junk, but reverse it all with your product is both dangerous and very, very lame. Buried.Comment is buried, click here to see the rest.

No one said you can continue to eat lots of junk just because you eat fruit. lame.

The word "imply" in that sentence is the word I want to emphasise to you.
Still, glad you have no problems with the rest of the comment. The evidence of the Cochrane review on the antioxidant claims is as damning as it gets in Medicine.

No more a miracle than the time sailors of old found the miracle of lemon eating to stop the scurvy.
By the way a bottle of lemon juice is very inexpensive. Couple tablespoons, some sugar and water...lemonade or light lemon-water is a very healthfull refreshing drink. Try it for a week, you will feel pretty good!

Lemon water is great for you. I mix lemon juice, honey and hot water and drink it several times a day. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (if you don't mind the taste) and you get even more health benefits... or so I hear. But nothing is a miracle - except for maybe prescription pills. But those come with a host of potential side effects and are usually stuffed with poisons. "An ounce of prevention's worth a pound of cure," and things like lemons and berries can do a lot to help prevent illness, but no one should expect miracles.

No food is a miracle. But a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can aid in the prevention of chronic illnesses and cancer. There's plenty of scientific evidence out there to support that. Berries are good for circulation, or so I hear...
Dark chocolate is also rich in antioxidants, which is great news for me. Lots of research has been done to support the benefits of antioxidants in food. Diet is everything. Too bad most of the mass-produced food in the US contains cancer-causing toxins, high fructose corn syrup, genetically-modified soy, and preservatives...
My mom grew up in a country and era where cancer was unheard of. She ate organic, locally grown fruits, vegetables and grains that were harvested in Mediterranean soil... that's virtually nonexistent here. And we wonder why so many people are diagnosed with cancer. When you alter natural foods and eat them every day, it's going to alter the natural cell makeup of your body and cause disease. It's common sense, but for some reason we need to spend billions on "scientific research" and "doctors" to verify what common sense should tell us.
